TERMS: 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on the real estate and personal property. We will require $5,000 down day of auction as non-refundable earnest money (applied to your balance at closing) if you are the successful bidder. Balance due at closing in 30-45 days. All personal property to be paid for day of auction.
