~Terms: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the final bid to determine the total contract price. We will require $5,000 down day of auction as non-refundable earnest money (applied to your balance at closing) if you are the successful bidder. Balance due at closing in 30-45 days.

Front Street, Donaldson, AR, and will be sold at ONLINE ONLY auction on July 29th w/closing starting at 6:00PM. Viewing of the personal property will be Thursday, July 29 from 2:00-5:00PM. Payment and pickup is Friday, July 30.
