PERSONAL PROPERTY: Bidding starts soon. It will start closing May 23 at 6:00PM. Misc household items, nice tools, furniture, bedroom suites, misc. knickknacks and other items.
VIEWING: Auctioneer will be onsite for viewing on Sunday, May 19 from 2:00-4:00PM, or doors will be open May 23 at 11:00AM-1:00PM.
PAYMENT & PICKUP OF PERSONAL PROPERTY: All items must be picked up and paid for Friday, May 24 from 9:00-5:00PM.
TERMS: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added.
