The Summer Online Only Equipment Auction is coming to Malvern.
Check-in starts Monday, June 26 until noon on Friday, June 30.
Viewing each day from 8-5 until Thursday evening July 6 (except Sunday which is 1-4PM).
AUCTION STARTS CLOSING THURSDAY, JULY 6 @ 5PM.
Pickup is Friday, July 7 from 8-5 and Saturday, July 8 from 8-Noon.
Everything is selling online.
Bidding will open Saturday, July 1 and run through Thursday, July 6. Bidding will start closing at 5PM and will close one item at a time with a soft close. A soft close is if someone bids within the last minute of bidding, the time will extend one more minute. This will continue until no one else bids and the time expires.
There is a 10% buyer’s premium that will be added to the final bid on each item.
Pickup and payment is Friday, July 7 from 8AM-5PM, and Saturday, July 8 from 8AM-NOON. All items must be removed on these days.
Due to time restraints and space, please restrict smaller items to those of higher value. ***Smaller items can be brought to our facility in Donaldson (by appointment) to be sold there. Auctions are held there approximately once a month. If you have larger items to sell at times other than our equipment auction, these items can also be sold at Donaldson. STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
ON HOW TO REGISTER FOR ONLINE BIDDING
Go to our website WWW.STAFFORDAUCTION.COM
1. Click on the yellow “BID NOW”
2. Click “REGISTER TO BID”
3. Where it says “Don’t have a HiBid account,” click on “REGISTER HERE”
4. Step 1 – Type your email address two times and click “CHECK EMAIL”
5. Step 2 – Enter your information
6. At this point, you have successfully created an account. In the future, you will use the log in information you have created.
7. To finish registering for this particular auction, click on the red “ADD A PAYMENT METHOD”
8. Enter your credit or debit card information.
9. Accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box
10. Click “SUBMIT REGISTRATION”
You should now be ready to bid on this auction. If you have any problems, call 501-384-5352. Please note: If you would like to place a MAX BID (and let the computer bid for you), change the highlighted bid amount to the maximum amount you are willing to bid on that item.
Seller’s Fees –
Up to $99.99 – 20% commission
$100 – $5,000 – 10% commission
$5,001 – $10,000 – 6% commission
Over $10,000 -4% commission
$30 fee for items not sold
